SHOW NOTES

Henry and Preston sit down with Rick Sutkiewicz, President of ThermalNetics. They discuss how a competitive spirit can be used as a tool to drive an entrepreneurial organization, the desirable and undesirable consequences of being the one in control, and eventually learning to give up that control.

Rick graduated from University of Michigan with a degree in Industrial Engineering, and a collegiate football career as a placekicker for Michigan, playing under Bo Schembechler alongside Jim Harbaugh. After graduating, he went on to technical sales at a large organization, eventually deciding to pursue a career in business ownership.
